Metta Fund’s online grants list shows programmatic grants beginning with the year 2012. We encourage you to learn more about the work of these organizations by clicking on the grantee name to be directed to their website. Fiscally sponsored organizations display the name of the Project in the Organization Name column, not that of the fiscal sponsor.
Our grants list is also searchable by Focus Area as well as by Year. Between 2012 and 2013, Metta Fund organized its work around four legacy areas. After a strategic review of its grantmaking, Metta Fund shifted its focus areas in 2014 to align with those of the San Francisco Health Improvement Partnership (SFHIP); click here to learn more. In 2016, the portfolio was expanded to acknowledge the needs of the growing proportion of older adults in San Francisco, particularly those who are or at-risk of being isolated; additional information can be found on the Focus Areas page.
